Claire's Beauty Supply & Salon (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our store, how we use it and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address and the products you buy.
- Appointments: your name, phone number, email, the services you choose and any notes you give us.
- Account: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Contact: what you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical: basic information your browser sends (such as IP address and device type) and cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login.
Payments
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe) and PayPal payments by PayPal. Your full card details go directly to these payment providers — we never see or store them.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders, or prepare them for in-store pickup.
- To book, confirm, remind you about and manage your appointments.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our business (payment processing, shipping, website hosting and email), and only as much as they need.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in and remember your choices. You can block cookies in your browser, but the shop and checkout may not work properly without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
